When is check in time? When is Check out time?

Check in begins at 3 p.m. There is no “cut off time” for arrivals. After hours AND Sunday, guest will have “self check in” and be asked to register at the front desk the following morning.

Check out time is promptly 11 a.m. Late departure will incur additional charges.

What are the Lodge office hours?

Office hours are Monday – Wednesday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday –  Saturday , 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

After hours assistance for mechanical and/or cabin maintenance issues is available by telephone, if needed.

What is the “departure cleaning fee” for?

All cabins are housekeeping cabins which means they are set up for your arrival and only cleaned after your departure. The fee covers a complete, thorough cleaning of the building/property from normal rental use. If guests move furniture around, litter and/or cause damage to any cabin, there will be charges incurred as explained in our rental agreement. If you would like Hotel style daily housekeeping, please ask us to add this amenity to your visit.

What if I will be arriving after office hours? How do I get a key?

For late arrivals or Sunday arrivals, please call during regular hours to make provisions. We require all late arrivals be paid in full prior to leaving keys and allowing access to the cabin.

How do I book Spa treatments?

You may call or email us at to schedule your spa services. We are a smaller facility so call in advance to secure your desired time and treatment.

What is the Spa cancellation policy?

We ask the courtesy of 24 hour notice to cancel any scheduled Spa services. Less than 24 hours incur a $25 cancel fee.

What is furnished in cabin kitchens?

All cabins have fully equipped kitchens with pots, pans, serving ware, dishes, glassware and silverwares. Any specialty cooking devices such as crock pots, blenders and muffin tins are not guaranteed.

Are there other amenities included in the bathroom & kitchen?

Yes, we provide an initial supply of bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent.

Are linens provided?

Yes, we provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, face towels and dish towels for your use.

Are there laundry facilities on property?

No, though some larger cabins have a washer/dryer in the cabin, many of the smaller (2 bedroom and smaller) cabin do not. There is a nearby laundry facility that offers a drop & fold service if needed.

Do you provide firewood?

Yes, we provide the 1st bundle of firewood free of charge. If additional bundles are needed, we sell firewood at the Lodge for $5 a bundle.

Are pets allowed in the cabins?

Some. We allow only dogs in the cabins. No cats, lizards, birds etc. Many cabins allow dogs and specific details can be found in the cabin listing. There is a one time $25 pet free per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum allowance for any cabin.

Is there Wi-Fi in my cabin?

Some of our larger cabins do have wireless internet access, free of charge, for your use. Otherwise, there is unlimited wireless access for all guests at the Lodge and immediate surrounding area.

Do I really need Travel Insurance?

Yes. We are a boutique resort and therefore have a limited number of cabin inventory to offer guests. When a cabin is reserved and held for someone, it is not available for anyone else. Therefore, we must enforce our 2 week cancellation policy; full amount due 7 days before arrival.

As an option for guests, we have partnered with a reliable travel insurance provider, Allianz, to offer all our guests travel insurance coverage for a nominal fee. This coverage can be purchased up to 2 days before your date of arrival. It will cover many unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from coming to Paradise Hills.

There are many different types of trip insurance available, but Trip Cancellation and Interruption protection is the most important benefit you should look for. If your trip has to be cancelled for covered reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/ cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental, airline tickets and other covered travel related fees.
