Policies for Group Reservations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon the reservation of the reception lodge, gazebo, vineyard overlook and/or cabins. Reservations are confirmed by receipt of a signed event reservation form and deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Our group policy states that your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be an option depending on time of notice with limited availability. Rescheduling within sixty (60) days of the event date will result in loss of the deposit. Thirty (30) days before the event date, you will be responsible to make full payment.
Other Information
HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED - Rental guests understand that Paradise Cabins Resort & Spa will accept responsible adults above the age of 25 years old only. Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise. House parties will not be tolerated or if the cabin is occupied by more than the number of persons stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charge to your credit card. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with State of Georgia and Union County laws. We reserve the right to ID any guest for proof of legal age. THERE IS a 10 p.m. quiet time.
Even for groups reserving multiple cabins, HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Guests agree that no informal or formal parties will occur at ANY reserved cabin(s). If a party occurs, the result will be a $300 cleaning fee, any/all charges for any damages incurred and the guests will be asked to leave. There will be NO REFUNDS.
Note: All events are planned through our wedding & event coordinator to provide a seamless & memorable experience for all guests. Any additional amenities, event specific decorations, and/or specific needs can be accommodated on an individual basis. All prices subject to change without notice.
