Paradise Hills Vineyard & Winery Update
April 2013 – Progress, progress, progress. In a nutshell, we have completed all our licensing and bonding to produce and sell our wines. We are finishing up our work with the Agritourism Department to finalize installation of our roadway signs. We are finishing up all the many, many details involved in ‘vinting & bottling’ our wines and opening the tasting bar. We want to do it right! So we are taking another few weeks to make sure no detail is missed.
We just received more Chardonnel and Cabernet Sauv vines! Planting has begun again…. and then some pruning…

September 2012 – With our vines in the ground, Bob has been diligently keeping up with the growth and maintenance of them. September, Union County’s Alcohol Board presented Paradise Hills with a license designation as a farm winery. We are Union County, Blairsville’s, FIRST farm winery. We are proud of this!
The Northeast Georgia Mountains is rapidly adding wineries West, East and North of our county. We are working and developing collaborative relationships with all our neighbors who share the vision of Good Wine with Good People.
